The assessment questions have been structured into sub-categories to better identify specific areas of focus following the assessment.
Schedulers and RTAs are required to achieve a minimum pass rate of 80% in each sub-category to be deemed competent. You will have an opportunity to remediate any areas of development via another attempt at a reverification assessment.
The only exception is Reporting, which will not be considered a failing category, as it is not critical to the core function of these roles.
